Dose-Dependent Inhibition of Protein Glycosylation Reveals Crosstalk between Glycosylation and Phosphorylation in EGF Signaling Pathways
Tunicamycin at eight doses, with and without EGF, in A498 kidney cancer cells. 215 EGF-regulated phosphopeptides changed with dose across ERBB, MAPK and mTOR signalling; glycopeptides including EGFR Asn568 tracked downstream phosphorylation.

Characterizing the Effects of Protein Glycosylation Perturbation on Phosphorylation Signaling
Multiplex CRISPR glycoengineering of HEK293 cells to a defined glycome, across three serum states: over 10,900 proteins and up to 38,772 phosphosites per data set. Engineered cells rewired serum signalling toward calcium/PLC-linked and cell-cycle programmes.

Attenuation of EGFR-Mediated Cellular Signaling by Sialidase-Mediated Desialylation
Enzymatic desialylation, with and without an EGFR inhibitor, in A498 cells. Losing sialylated glycoforms at EGFR N413 and N444 went with lower phosphorylation at Y1197; over 1,500 phosphosites were regulated only under the combined treatment.
